At present, there are 449 empty juryheads in the 25 HCS of the country.
The center also tightened a detailed response to the Supreme Court who had the order of April 20 by the three judges who tried to remember the retired judge to handle pending cases.
Sources said three Judges-Bench, headed by Indian Judge Sa Bobde who gave an assessment, could not determine the rules of the appointment of the High Court Judge guided by the Procedure (MOP) note signed by five seniors.
