New Delhi: This center is not interested in appointing pensioners of judges in the High Court until all the delayed vacancies are filled.
At present, there are 449 empty juryheads in the 25 HCS of the country.
The center also tightened a detailed response to the Supreme Court who had the order of April 20 by the three judges who tried to remember the retired judge to handle pending cases.
Sources said three Judges-Bench, headed by Indian Judge Sa Bobde who gave an assessment, could not determine the rules of the appointment of the High Court Judge guided by the Procedure (MOP) note signed by five seniors.

Directing the government to appoint retired judges according to old menders will still need approval from the five most senior senior judges who are collegiums.
The scenery within the government is that the sequence of the Justice of the Bobde LED bench in the removal of retireing judges requires a 24-mop paragraph supplement with the conditions set by the bench, which still needs to attest the five peak judges from the top of the court.
While paragraph 24 on the old MOP provides the removal of retireing judges, silent for accountability and the fact that any recommendations for the appointment made by the main judge must consult with the Collegium HC.
“There is no accountability of such ad-hoc judges if there is a deviation,” said a senior official.
The official also showed from the observation of the Bobde LED bench to confirm “a judge stopped being a high court judge in the demitting office at the age of determined and not bound by service conditions”.
