New Delhi: Rijiju Kiren Law Minister on Wednesday confirms the role of the government in the appointment of judges and only says it has resources to verify and run a complete background check on all recommendations made by candidates whether a candidate is suitable to be made as a High Court Judge or the Court Great.
He also crashed into the government of West Bengal for delays in preparing a special path quickly to provide quick justice in the case of sexual violations and accused him of behaving as if the country “outside the Indian Union”.
Overcoming the current time of the Summit, Rijju defends incitement law, states that the punishment steps need to exist to ensure that the absolute rights of freedom of expression are not used to damage the unity and integrity of the state.
The Minister of Law said he enjoyed a very good relationship with the judiciary while stressing that two pillars of democracy had to work together to take care of their respective domains.
He refused the allegation that a profitable assessment was the result of bench improvements.
“We are part of the same system, the accusations we encountered were not good considering the independence of justice,” he said.
