The RT-PCR report is obliged for those who come to Hubballi-Dharwad from Kerala, Maharashtra

Hubballi: People who come to twin cities from neighboring Maharasthra and Kerala must provide RT-PCR test results that confirm that they are negative for the Coronavirus novel.
After the direction of the state government, Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) has formed various teams, which will be guided by the district government, which will monitor their movements from Maharashtra and Kerala, who both witness a surge in the Covid-19 case.

Sridhar Dandpanavar told TII, “These teams will be led by HDMC health supervisors, among others, these team members will be placed in government and private bus terminals, among other places, and requests to see RT-PCR test reports from those who come to twin cities from Kerala and Maharashtra, one who is less than 72 hours.
“Dr.
Dandpanavar said that they compiled information from the corporation of North Carnataka transportation (NWKRTC) and private bus operators on vehicles Which is traveling from Maharashtra and Kerala.
He said that, about 90% of those who came to Hubballi-Dharwad from Maharashtra and Kerala had RT-PCR test results with them.
“The others are being quarantined and their swab samples are collected for RT-PCR tests, after they are released.
If the test report proves that they are positive for the novel Coronavirus, the infected patient will be given treatment,” said Dr.
Dandappannavar.
More than 10 passengers have been quarantined, and their samples were collected for the exam.
“We will continue to test all drivers, and those who arrive in the twin cities of these two states,” he added.
Sources at HDMC said that the bus entered the twin cities of both countries – around 38 of them, including the luxury, semi-luxury – being dirty as a whole.
