Greater Noida: The authority of the large Noida Industrial Development (Gnida) on Monday issued a tender for Rs 4.3 Crore to install 1,000 new namepoints.
This board will be uniform, green and text according to the policy prescribed by the state government, official said.
For the next, there is no business or commercial institution that can install its own name.
It must go through the contractor designated by Gnida for the same thing.
The installation costs will be borne by the institution itself even as a design and size will be decided by authority.
Institutes or commercial clothing can decide on the location of the name according to their needs.
“A policy has been prepared by the government for the installation of a uniform nameplate where one can contact the Authority Project Department to install a signboard.
After this, every commercial institution, whether it is an educational institution, company or community, all must get their signboard By authority.
There is only one motive behind making all the signboards in the uniform view and design and that the city is made to look more beautiful, “said Narendra Bhoooshan CEO Gnida.
He said wherever no signboard, the new board will be installed by authority.
After the board is installed, it will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair or replace the problems associated with it for five years.
“The work will begin at the end of October.
It is expected to take six months to resolve the entire process at which around 1,000 signage boards will be installed at first.
It is estimated that Rs 4.3 Crore will be spent on this,” said Deep Chandra Aceo Gnida.
He added that the LED board will also be installed in the Gnida office building, which will be seen during the day.
“The process of finalizing the tender is ongoing for LED boards.
This will be installed in the next three to four months,” said Aceo Chandra.
