The Santosh Lad Foundation gave a government school, accommodating a new look

Hubballi: Many government schools in the Dharwad and Ballari districts have been reduced, ready to welcome students, who have been forcefully force in homes since the Covid-19 outbreak almost 20 months ago.
This stated school building was carried out by the Santosh Lad Foundation, led by former Minister of Santosh Lad.
The foundation launched the initiative, required to provide an old government school building, home and bus terminals a new spark.
Launched on October 2 for Mark Gandhi Jayanti, his foundation has far painted more than 2,000 schools, bus terminals and houses.
The tense finance of the large cross section of the community pushed the foundation to advance to do a little to increase many of those who hit the most difficult by the crisis induced by a pandemic.
While the government’s school building in Kalghiragi and Alnavar Taluk in the Dharwad district is now wearing a new look, those who are in Kudligi, Sumpur and Harpanhalli in Ballari Don Don Avatar are bright, which will surely lift the spirit of students.
Santosh Lad was motivated to launch, through its foundation, such an initiative when, during a visit to Golungarahatti in Kudligi Taluk, he saw an old woman who lived alone in a nursing home.
“When I offered to paint a house for him, he easily accepted, after that I decided to offer to paint their houses in need, regardless of the caste, credo, and the community,” said the former minister.
Santosh Lad was very impressed with the enthusiasm of volunteers – more than a hundred of them threw themselves into the initiative with Gusto.
“Our goal, when we started, was to paint at least 10,000 buildings, bus terminals, houses, et al – and we have reached a fifth of the target,” he added.
Santosh Lad Foundation President Anand Kalaal shows that it is a homeowner who decides on the paint color they want to decorate their homes.
“When we traveled from one village to another, we decided to provide a facelift to the old government school building and the bus terminal, which was not very good,” Kalaal said, added that this foundation bears all the costs for paint.
Former President of Dharwad Zilla Pancida Sr Patil, a resident of Mukkal Village, all praised the initiative carried out by the Santosh Lad Foundation.
“It is very difficult for villagers to continue the tradition of our painting houses again during the celebration season due to the financial crisis.
Even though it works on painting many houses in our village are scheduled to start, delayed due to rain,” said Patil.
