About 85% of Z Indians genes are willing to carry out online learning, although ‘too many disturbances at home’, ‘connectivity issues’, and ‘limited interactions with peers’.
When asked how they chose their online course, more than half of Z Indians said they were looking for quality faculty (58%), affordability (56%), and accessible content (52%).
Top 5 Soft skills chased by Z Indian genes including creative thinking, problem solving, time management, leadership, and effective communication; While 5 top hard skills include data science, marketing, engineering, financial management, and AI & Automation.
Pandemic also causes a large shift in the needs and priority of employees, because more than half of the Z Indians gene wants an organization to offer a flexible schedule (52%), more leave to increase (48%), and physical and emotional access to health provisions (48% ).
