The shooting range, changes to Covid Care facilities, set to return to the form

Noida: With the government allowing outdoor activities, the Noida Authority has decided to start a shooting range operation in the 21A sector from next week.
It was converted into Covid-19 treatment facility during the second wave of pandemic.
Authority was respecting the conditions of the range to the original before the facility was handed over to agents based in Faridabad who would run the stadium.
Manav Rachna Sports Academy will run the shooting range and will offer membership.
A official said, “We have erased all wooden and metal boards and get some parts of the stadium which is tidied up to the original condition.
Documentation and documents are also resolved for agreements with the agency and for the official handover of the shooting series for commercial use.” Sports complex, built At 69 hectares, it also has an integrated stadium.
A consortium led by Cricketer Rudra Pratap Singh will run the stadium.
The stadium will have a badminton field, table tennis, basketball, handball, gymnastics, judo, wrestling, and boxing arena, among others.
Officers added that at the end of July, documents and other formalities to provide indoor stadiums to the consortium will also end.
The stadium also has extensive cricket land and additional land.
Authorities have also begun to look for agents who can run cricket stadiums and generate revenue for authority.
The indoor stadium and the shooting range will be operated in the same line.
Authority eyeing revenue of Rs 3.15 lakh through indoor sports activities and 1.1 lakh Rs through shooting distance.
An authority official said, “Currently the stadium is free for morning pedestrians.
Decisions about this issue will be taken after all stakeholders are on the council.
Until now we have no plans to regulate the movement of morning pedestrians.”
