Sydney: Australia Fast Bowler Josh Hazlewood has been ruled out of the fifth and last Ashes test against England with coach Justin Langer expecting 30 years to return to action in the one-day series home against New Zealand this month.
Hazlewood has been sidelined since suffering a side injury during a nine-goal victory of Australia in the opening of Ashes in Gabba.
“We thought Josh Hazlewood came back into the team.
Unfortunately Josh hasn’t arrived yet.
Hopefully he will be right for the white-ball game,” said Journalists after playing the third day in the fourth test in Sydney.
“It’s really difficult to him.
He’s really hanging out to play this series ash like someone.
He missed three matches, he was one of our main bowlers quickly.” Profound Australia’s extraordinary speed has ensured the home team, who boasts unshakable 3-0 in the five-match series, not really miss Hazlewood.
In his absence, Jhye Richardson was impressed by Adelaide while Scott Bolland produced a human-of-the-match winning performance in his debut test in Melbourne and was maintained for the fourth test on Sydney.
Boland was sent to scan after falling awkward while the final ball bowling the second session on Friday but Langer said the 32-year-old Victoria would be ready for a bowl when England resumed at 258-7 on Saturday.
“He’s really okay for a bowl tonight,” said the coach.
“Fortunately there is no fracture.
He will be sick in the cartilage between the ribs, but hopefully he will immediately go to the bowl tomorrow or in the second inning.”
