Mumbai: Maharashtra Congress on Saturday criticized the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for “delays” in an explosive investigation with an explosive SUV found outside the Antilia residence of Mukesh Ambani.
“More than 150 days have passed and Nia is given 30 more days to submit a sheet of accusations in this case, when the time limit is only 90 days.
Why does Nia need so many extensions,” demanding spokesman for Sachin Saachhant Sachin.
Referring to a long investigation, he tried to know when Nia would accuse the alleged mastermind in a sensational case that broke out on February 25.
“When Nia will reveal a real motive behind maintaining an explosion-loaded vehicle (SUV Scorpio.) Near the Antillia building,” Sawant’s demands.
The SUV was found abandoned by Mumbai police near the Anti-February 25 and February February Gelatin stick and a threatening tone recognized to the Ambani family recovered from him.
This case took a new twist when the vehicle owner, a Mansukh Hiran body businessman was found in Swamp Thane Creek on March 5, triggered a massive upheaval in the police and political arrangements.
This week, the Special Nia Court provides another 30-day agency to submit a sheet of accusation in this case.
Sawant’s attack on Nia was almost a few days after he targeted the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) to dither in the probe into the case of Bollywood actor’s death, Sushant Singh Rajput, a year after the federal body took over this case.
