Letter: All slaughterhouses in the city will remain closed on Monday during your UK month.
Municipal Corporation’s letter has ordered all the owners of the slaughterhouse to keep their business closed on all Mondays during the Gujarati calendar fasting month.
This year, this month will have five Mondays while starting on August 9 and ended on September 6, the Civic’s fixed body committee has provided resolution in July 2014 to keep the slaughterhouse closed on all Mondays during the month.
The SMC market department official said that according to the same resolution, the order was issued.
