Ranchi: Speaker Rabindra Nath Mahto on Monday postponed the trial of the petition submitted by BJP leader Samri Lal and Saroj Singh against the leaders of the Pradeep Yadav and Bandhu Tirkey congress under the anti-defense law.
Sumit Gadodia’s lawyer, who represented the leaders of Congress, said the speaker court delayed this problem after the applicant was looking for time to re-apply the answer to the answers submitted by Tirey and Yadav.
In the petition, the BJP leaders claimed that Yadav and Tirkey had won from Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prevaja) tickets and then joined the Congress who violated the anti-defense law.
It can be noted here that the speaker will also hear the petition filed against the former Main Minister of Babulal Marandi under the anti-defense law on Tuesday.
