New Delhi: late on Friday night, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh was hospitalized from his position.
His resignation, who came less than four months after he was appointed as CM of the State of Bukit, has placed the spotlight at the West Bengal Bengal Minister Mamata Banerjee who had to be elected as MLA within six months.
Congress has accused that Tirath was a scapegoat and he had been made to resign to stop Mamata Banerjee to be chosen as MLA on November 5 and finally resigned from his post.
In a press conference on Saturday, the deputy opposition in the Uttarakhand Assembly Karan Mahara said the main goal of the Government of Narendra Modi in the middle was to ensure that Banerjee Mamata should not be selected even with the cost of the victim’s goat.
Mahara, MLA Congress Two terms in Uttarakhand, said the removal of the Torah because the CM of the country was not as simple as it seemed.

Tirath Singh was treated in the national capital for the past three – the last four days where he met with BJP’s main leadership including the President of the JP Nadda Party.
Next, he resigned from his position.
Citing the election commission because he did not do Bypoll, Tirath Singh was treated to submit his resignation to the Governor of Uttarakhand Baby Rani Maurya.
In a brief statement in Hindi, he reportedly said, “Given the constitutional crisis, I felt it was right for me to resign.
Bypolls could not be held because of Covid-19.” Mola BJP is likely to meet on Saturday to choose a new leader, who will be MLA sitting.
Tirath Singh is Lok Sabha MP.
The election of assembly in Uttarakhand is expected to be held in March 2022.
The last development has a consequence for the Supremo Mamata Banerjee Trinamool Congress (TMC).
Tirath Singh Harurat and Mamata Banerjee faced a similar situation.
Tirath Singh Prayers should be selected as MLA on September 10 10.
Mamata Banerjee, who vowed the West Bengal CM on May 5, must be chosen on November 5 narrow margins from 1956 votes.
Tarath has resigned when Uttarakhand CM to anticipate the Election Commission did not do Bypoll.
If the Election Commission does not have a bypoll for MLA seats in West Bengal in the next four months, Mamata Banerjee will be forced to resign as cm.
He may have to choose his replacement which will most likely sit down.

Tirath Rawat has replaced Trivendra Singh taking care as Uttarakhand CM on March 10.
He should be selected as MLA within six months taking over as a CM country.
Article 164 (4) The Constitution said, “a minister who has a period of six consecutive months is not a member of the state legislature will end in that period to become a minister.” Part 151A Representation of the People’s Law 1951 states that the Bypoll must be held within six months after the occurrence of vacancies, provided that no contained in this section applies if “the remainder of the member terms in connection with vacancies less than one year”.
About three months have passed since Tirath Singh took an oath as Uttarakhand CM.
He only had three more months to be chosen as MLA.
