Nagpur: BJP President of the State Chandrakant Patil said the leaders of the Government of Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) could not provide a reason for failure in a court case by blaming Maharashtra Prosecutors.
On Sunday, Congress leader Nana Patole accused the professional performance of AG Ashutosh Kumbhakoni seemed to be ‘suspicious’ because the state seemed to lose the case lately.
In addition, Patole said that Kumbhakoni was appointed during the previous regime but still continued at the same post.
Patil said, “Who warns AG? This is the task of the state government to discuss with AG about current court cases and attitudes that need to be taken.

“We will sit at night and discuss all the things that are delayed with AG.

Former Cabinet Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule said that Patole was ‘unconsciously’ talking the truth.
“If he said that AG has not presented the state correctly in court, which reflects the government too.
This is the MVA government that fails to fight legal battles in the right way,” said Bawankule.
“If the case at the Supreme Court, the state should have given a direction of what steps to be taken.
AG does not appear in the APEX court, but employs a legal eagle to fight with the name of the country.
So Patole has accepted that it is actually a failed state government, “Bawankule said.
Senior BJP leader Sudhir Mungantiwar said, “Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) leaders do not know how to talk about someone.
Before speaking, also have to remember the decoration of the position discussed.” He said Patole’s statement was a childish childish.
“They cannot run the government and fail miserably.
Kumbhakoni has just made a scapegoat.
These people are only busy in capturing people or making wild accusations and sometimes tied in fighting with each other,” said Mungantiwar.
