Thiruvananthapuram: The state government has opposed the amendment proposed by the Deputy Regulation Center for All-India Service (AIS), on the grounds that the amendments support the center only and will result in fear between psychosis and hesitant attitudes officers.

This center has proposed four amendments to the rules of the six Indian Administration (cadres) rules, 1954.
At present, officers need to receive certificates without objections.
(NOC) from the state government for their center deputation.
In accordance with new amendments, if countries fail to provide NOC in the specified time, officers will be considered relieved from the date determined by the center.
According to the existing rules, the countries must be drained from the AIS officer to the center and anytime, deputation strength should not be more than 40% of total strength.
The proposed amendment says that the center will decide the number of actual officers to be punched on him.
The proposed amendment also said that in the case of disagreement between the center and the state, the center will decide and countries must effect the decision at a certain time.
