The state punishes vaccinated rather than acting against not vaccinated, say bizmen

Nagpur: The latest state of the state of circular which provides relaxation on the sidewalk to the district which has reached a 90% vaccination threshold (first dose) and 70% (both doses) have received criticism from entrepreneurs who feel this “punish vaccination”.
Vinod Kanakdande, Nagpur Secretary of Rumpns and Halls Association said, “Instead of punishing not vaccinated, the government punishes those who have been vaccinated.
Go with the calculations given in this circle itself, if 31% of the population has not taken a dose, then the whole population is 100% must Suffering the consequences.
Does it even sound reasonable? “Other hotel owners said that such a policy created a sense of ‘frustration’.
The owner said, “It is like saying that 31% of students in the Board exam did not appear, therefore the remaining 69% had also failed.” Class hospitality, travel and tourim and training have become one of the worst blows since the Covid pandemic struck.
The existing adhesive continues to have an impact on business income and they feel Nagpur must also benefit from the district which has more than 70% vaccination (both doses).
Dilip Kamdar, Director of Naveidhyam Hospitality said, “The circular itself said that even the district did not qualify for relaxation by default could look for the same thing from the State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA).
Clearly said that local authorities must explain the reason for searching for Relaxation and why there is a sub-optimal vaccination status.
But the underlined policy is that relaxation can be provided by SDMA, if the local authority takes the initiative.
“The Maharashtra and Trade (Camit) association room is too felt that businesses must be pauses.
Dipen Agrawal, President Camit, said, “Expanded restrictions do not doubt the business, directly from the big to small.
We hope that steps and policies in the future are harmonized with economic interests and all stakeholders.” While agrawal on Wednesday met Minister Guardian Nitin Raut to discuss issues related to industrial estates, he is looking for another promise to highlight the worries of Nagpur entrepreneurs.
Circular issued on January 31 provided special SOPs, in terms of sidewalk relaxation, to districts that meet vaccination criteria.
From a business point of view, the biggest benefit is an increase in the number of people who can attend the meeting.
Kanakdande said, “We can have up to 200 people who are very fair numbers, and it will help us at least keep our heads on the water.”
