The Supreme Court asked Kerala to submit a reply to Covid Norma relaxation for Eid al-Fitr

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday requested the Government’s Government’s response to the application against the easing of his decision which soared in front of Bakrid when the country witnessed the surge in Covid-19 case.
The Apex Court asked Kerala to submit his response within 24 hours and agreed to take problems on Tuesday.
A request was submitted before the SC bench headed by Justice R F Nariman, who forced the government to ban Yatra’s Kanwar because of Covid’s pandemic, challenging the relaxation of three days of locking norms in Kerala by Bakrid.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court also asked the government and all authorities including the police to take a hard view of all Covid norm violations or efforts to take Yatra and direct actions to stop any actions that pose a threat to the lives of citizens.
Appearing for the Petitioner, Senior Advocate Vikas Singh before the top court said Kerala had an official position of 10.96% but relaxation had been given.
Kerala has 13,000 cases where fewer.
SC must pass the order of dismissation relaxation.
In the response, Kerala said it only opened several shops for the festival and all the norms for Covid were strictly followed.
The intervention application was moved by one PKD Nambiar, a Delhi resident, in the case of Suo Motu was initiated by the Supreme Court in connection with the decision of the Uttar Pradesh government about ‘Kanwar Yatra’.
This application was conveyed that although not satisfied indicated by the upper court above Yatra, the Kerala government acted casually by calming Covid norms.
“To a very anxious Indian citizen, the Kerala Government announced relaxation of 3 days of limiting locking on July 18, 19 and 20 by looking at the upcoming Bakrid Festival,” said the request.
Nambiar argued that Kerala had shown alarming numbers in Covid cases, although other countries have improved their situation.
“It is very surprising that in a medical emergency, the government played with the lives of residents through these steps.
