The Supreme Court refused to direct CBSE, Cisce to provide hybrid mode options for the board exam

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday rejects the petition that is looking for CBSE and CISCE to provide hybrid mode options for students to emerge in the council exam for grade 10 and 12.
The APEX court notes that the term ONE BOARD ADATES the Central Secondary Education Council (CBSE) has begun Of the November 16 while the semester of the Council Board exam for the Indian school certificate exam (CISCE) will begin on November 22.
“It won’t be right to intervene and disturb the whole process,” said the court.
The bench consisting of Judge A M Khanwilkar and C T Ravikumar was informed by lawyer General Tushar Mehta, who represented the CBSE, that all precautions had been taken to conduct a board exam in offline mode and the inspection center had increased from 6,500 to 15,000.
The bench said it “hopes and believes” that the authorities will take all the precautions and steps to ensure that no one is exposed to whatever is not desirable in the inspection process.
The court for hearing the request, which was submitted by six students who will appear in the council exam, look for clues to CBSE and Cisce to issue a revised round to conduct a 10 and 12th examination in Hybrid mode instead of offline mode only in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic .
