New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to disrupt the orders of the Delhi High Court which challenged the petition seeking the construction of the Vista Center project during a pandemic.
The APEX court also applies the cost of RS 1 Lakh to submit a motivated petition against the project.

The court agreed with the findings of the Delhi High Court after noting that the applicant had selectively chose Vista Central Project and did not even examine other public projects that were allowed during locking.
