The Supreme Court rejected the request to delay the NEET examination

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday refused to postpone national-cum-entrance (NEET) feasibility tests, scheduled for September 12.
The top court rejects the request for a collection of students who argue that the medical entrance exam will collide with another test.
The court said he did not want to interfere with the process and it would be “very unfair” to reschedule.
Bench said that 16 Lakh students took Neet and could not be suspended on the defense of several students.
The bench headed by justice A M Khanwilkar said if students want to appear in several examinations, they need to prioritize and make choices because maybe there has never been a situation where everyone is satisfied with the exam date.
The APEX court said that the applicant would be in Liberty to make a representation before the competent authority about this problem and the same thing could be decided earlier in accordance with the law.
“The argument you (advice for the Petitioner) is that Canvassing may not be relevant for candidates 99 percent.
For one percent candidate, the entire system cannot be detained,” the bench, also consists of Judge Hrishikhesh Roy and CT Ravikumar, also, said the Alam Shoeb Advocate Appears for the applicant.
When nature says that around 25,000 students will appear in the repair or test of compartments for class 12, the bench observes that only around one candidate per cent applies to it.
Nature argues that the NEET-UG 821 medical entrance exam is suspended because many other examinations are scheduled around 12 September.
“If you will appear in several tests, then you need to make a choice,” Bench said, “you must add,” Prioritize.
You must also be aware that every delay tends to collide with other examinations.
“The bench said the board each would do their work and the court would not interfere with the exam in such situations.
It was said that the postponement of the exam could affect the next course and everything would be prolonged.” It would be very unfair to reschedule the exam.
NEET is a very big examination.
This is not a country, it is a national exam, “said the bench.
Nature told the court that around 16 Lakh candidates tended to appear in the NEET exam.” We should really define the scope of our judicial review.
Where we go and the extent to which, “the bench was observed, adding it did not want a number of students to suffer in any way because of the postponement of the examination they were” burning midnight oil “and prepared.” The relief claimed in this petition was to cancel public notification on July 13 issued by the examination of competent NEET UG 2021 authorities on September 12.
For reasons investigated by advisors for the applicant, we do not want to show anger.
To the applicant or to enable them to apply for Article 32 of the Constitution, “Bench said.
The APEX court heard the petition seeking an inspection on the grounds that several other examinations were scheduled for this period.
Last year, NEET was carried out on September 13 amid strict precautions Given the Covid-19 pandemic.
A total of 13.66 Lakh candidates have emerged in the qualified exam 7,71,500 Announced in July.
