New Delhi: The Supreme Court has rejected requests seeking consideration of June 22 which refused to disturb the CBSE assessment scheme to carry out offline exams for private 12th grade students, ‘Patrachar’ and the second compartment amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
Requests seeking a review of schemes where the offline exam will be conducted from August 15 to September 15 this year.
“The petition of the reviews has now been submitted to the final assessment and order on June 22, 2021.
We have read the application and reasons that support it.
In our opinion, there is no case to be reviewed.

In the order of June 22, The Apex Court has refused to disrupt the scheme of assessment stated by the Central Secondary Education Council (CBSE) and the Board for an Indian school certificate (CISCE) for evaluation of 12th grade students, whose council exams have been canceled because pandemic.

The court has agreed to the CBSE scheme to take offline inspection of private students, ‘Patrachar’ and the second compartment as their evaluation based on the scheme based on their internal assessment of their results in class 10, 11 and 12 cannot be done.
The top yesterday has refused objections raised by the body of the parents and students and said that it was impossible to have a second guess approach in connection with various aspects of the assessment scheme.
“We argue that there is no reason to disturb the scheme stated by CBSE or ICSE.

The previous center told the court that the CBSE would adopt Formula 30:30:40 to evaluate 12th grade students based on the results of class X, XI and XII examinations.
Cisce also told the court that would declare the results of class XII on July 20, after evaluating students based on clear objective criteria.
The components adopted by Cisce to arrive in the evaluation formula are the percentage of the class X exam, projects and practical work in subjects, the performance of the candidates in the school exam in class XI and XII, are measured through their best value obtained in two years (referred to as raw signs) and the best performance of schools in the last six years.
It is said that the assessment of students will be carried out based on their signs obtained in class X examination, performance in school exams in class XI and XII along with practical and school performance in the past six years.
Cisce said that among the factors used in calculations including the best year for school – starting from 2015-2020, the best year for schools is the year when schools achieve the best average percentage in terms of total score (of 500).
