The Supreme Court upholds the retrospective extension of ownership of Sanjay Kumar Mishra as Director of ED, further extension bar

New Delhi: Observing that reasonable extension period can be given to facilitate the resolution of sustainable investigation cases, the Supreme Court on Wednesday rejects a challenging retrospective request in the order of promise of meeting in 2018 Sanjay Kumar Mishra as Director of the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
