Hyderabad: Police, investigating cases accused of rape a woman a patient in a state-run hospital in Hyderabad, on Wednesday said they questioned several suspects in connection with the incident.
“Some suspects were questioned.
The investigation was underway,” said a police officer told PTI.
Asked about reports of several people detained, the official said the special team had been formed to arrest the defendant.
“Until now, some suspects are being questioned and some more may be questioned, as part of the probe,” he said.
The 38-year-old woman, in her complaint to the police on Monday, said she, together with her sister, came to the hospital on August 5 for the treatment of some brother-in-law disease and made her accepted there.
In a complaint, he said a hospital employee, who claimed to be outsourcing workers, estimated at the health care facility after a registered case and he was sent for medical examinations.
“In his statement, the woman said she was repeatedly attacked by one person and then said there were several others too.

The official said the detailed investigation of all ongoing corners and CCTV recording was being examined.
The police said the patient’s son had made him run out of the hospital after being told by his father that his mother and sister lost on August 13.
On Sunday, the patient’s son found his mother at the hospital where he said he was raped while his brother lost, added the police.
