Mumbai: The Mumbai Court on Sunday sent a terror suspect identified as Rizwan, who was arrested earlier today from the Mumbra region in Thane, for police detention until Monday.
Rizwan was arrested by Maharashtra’s anti-terrorism forces earlier today from the Mumbra region of the Thane District and produced before the Mumbai holiday court.
According to ATS, Rizwan’s name has emerged during the interrogation of Zakir Hussain Sheikh, who was arrested by the Joint Team of Maharashtra ATS and the Crime Crime Crime Mumbai.
ATS was investigating his role in a broken terror module a week earlier in Delhi by Delhi police specifically.
In accordance with sources in ATS, Rizwan allegedly played a role in Jaan Mohammad’s telephone loss, another terrorist part of the module.
Has been accused that Rozwan was aware of Pakistani-supported terror module plots.
Maharashtra ATS on Saturday produced Zakir Hussain Shaikh before Mumbai Special Court, who sent it to detention until Monday in connection with the terror plot broken by Delhi police.
The suspect, Shaikh, the accusation had a relationship with the terror module.
According to Maharashtra ATS, Shaikh has asked the terrorists arrested by Jaan Mohammad aka Sameer Kalia to carry weapons and explosives to Mumbai.
Delhi police specifically on Tuesday solved the terror module organized Pakistan and arrested six operators, including two trained terrorists in Pakistan.
The suspect who was arrested planned to commit murder and explosion targeted throughout the country, according to the police.
