Jaipur / Alwar: Police Bharatpur on Wednesday arrested the judge of the High Court suspended Jitendra Singh (52) for allegedly identifying a 14-year-old boy.
Police Supervisors (SP), Devendra Kumar Bishnoi told Ti that Singh was arrested from Jaipur after the legal procedure needed.
The defendant was interrogated in Jaipur in front of a metropolitan judge.
Singh was being transported to Bharatpur by the Deputy Official Ranking SP (DSP).
Singh posted as a special judge in a special court dealing with the case of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Bharatpur.
The boy on Sunday has filed a three-person wall including Singh at the Mathura Gate police station from the district.
In accordance with the police, the mother accused her first of Singh and two of her other staff, had brought her son’s sexual harassment for the past few days.
In accordance with the complaint, the judge has been friends with the boy at the club where he plays tennis.
The Rajasthan High Court on Monday has accepted the vigilance team to investigate charges against special judges.
On Tuesday, the investigative officer (IO) in this case arrived at Jaipur to interrogate Singh.
Following the guidelines mandated to arrest a senior justice official, the police arrested Singh.
The police said that efforts were being carried out to arrest two other accused.
