KABUL: The Taliban has asked the former Afghan Air Force pilot to return to the country and said that Amnesty was publicly announced, reported local media.
“There will be no security threats for this pilot-pilot in Afghanistan.
General Amnesty has been announced.
They can return and serve here,” said spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said.
After the Taliban took over Afghanistan on August 15, the report emerged stating that members of the Afghan security forces have succeeded in escaping to neighboring countries.
However, tens of thousands of Afghan soldiers were still runaway and were hunted by the Taliban.
The report said that the Taliban had been looking for people they believed working with and fighting with US troops and NATO.
The Taliban statement came at the time of the report released on Wednesday that this US-trained Afghan air force pilot and other personnel left for the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday reported Tolonews.
It was also reported that this Afghan pilot lived in trouble in Tajikistan.
“This is the country’s intellectual asset.
They are trained and educated by Afghan funds.
They are experienced workers, so there must be a way and means for them to return,” Tolonews said Sararwar Neyazi.
About 25 percent of the Afghan Air Force aircraft was flown to Tajikistan and Uzbekistan after the fall of Kabul in August this year, the news channel reported general public inspectors for the reconstruction of Afghanistan as stated quoting the New York Times.
