The Taliban claims the responsibility for the attack on the Minister’s house in Kabul

KABUL: Taliban on Wednesday claimed responsibility for the attack on the residence of the Afghan Acting Minister of Defense in Kabul.
Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid, said the group targeted the residence on Tuesday night, adding that an important meeting was taking place at the time.
The defense minister survived, but the attack marked the main escalation in the Taliban campaign.
The attack targets the very enraced capital area, which has been in recent weeks, most of which have been spared from violence about other parts of the country.
