KABUL: Ashraf Ghani President spoke about Eid on Tuesday attacking the Taliban after three rockets landed in the area near the Presidential Palace and said that the actions of terrorist organizations showed that “won’t”.
“The Taliban clarified many things.
Abdullah told me a few minutes ago that there was no will for peace in the Taliban.
We send delegates to do ultimatum and show that we have the desire for peace and we are ready for sacrifice for it, but they (Taliban) Do not have peace and we must make a decision based on this, “said Ghani, reported Tolo news.
“Afghan security and defense forces have carried out a lot of sacrifices in the past 20 years, especially in the past three months, to defend this land and respect this homeland, sincerely,” Ghani said.
He added that he had spent last week working on “urgent and practical plans” to overcome the current situation, report Tolo news.
“This plan has been prepared.
It has two parts in terms of security,” he said.
He added that one part of the plan was to set priorities for security and defense forces.
He said the strict attitude by people for three to six months would change the situation.
Ghani reiterated that there was a need for national and national defense support and said the country’s future would be made in Afghanistan and by Afghanistan.
He said the Taliban “destroyed 260 public buildings” and that if they were Afghans, they must avoid eliminating public establishments and people’s homes.
Ghani added the government to release 5,000 Taliban prisoners but the group so far is not ready for meaningful talks.
Afghan government officials led by Abdullah Abdullah High Council for national reconciliation and the Taliban delegation met in Doha last week to discuss the recovery of peace in Afghanistan.
In the past few weeks, Afghanistan has witnessed a surge in violence because the Taliban had intensified his attack on civilians and Afghan security forces with complete pullback of foreign troops just a few weeks.
