Islamabad: The Interim Taliban Government Afghanistan warned the United States on Wednesday to stop violations of airspace to prevent negative consequences.
In a statement released from Kabul, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said the US drone strike in Afghanistan was a violation of national security and violations of law and international rights.
“We recently saw unit countries that violated all international rights, laws and commitments to the Islamic Emirates in Doha, Qatar, because the Afghan Holy Air Area was attacked by US drones,” Mujahid, who is the Deputy Minister of Information and Culture in Taliban cabinet, said.
He urged Washington to end this violation.
“Countries, under international law, are the only owners of their territorial and air sovereignty.
Therefore, the Emirates of Islam, as the only Afghan legal entity, is a land guardian and the Afghan air region,” he explained.
“We are calling in all countries, especially the United States, to treat Afghanistan remembering international rights, laws, and commitment, given mutual respect and commitment, to prevent negative consequences,” added Mujahid.
Mujahid’s statement followed comments by US officials who have said that they do not need to work with the Taliban in counterterrorism efforts above the horizon.
“We maintain all the authorities needed to execute excessive counterterrorism operations and we remain confident in this ability to move forward without talking to certain involvement rules around the air.
There are currently no requirements for cleaning the airspace with the Taliban and we do not expect that Every attack of counterterrorism Horizon above the Horizon will depend on such permits, “John Kirby, a spokesman for the US Department of Defense, recently said.

Meanwhile, the Cultural Commission of the Ministry of Information and Taliban culture said the constitution of King Zahir Shah-Era would be enforced until the new Constitution was enforced.
The constitution of King Zahir Shah has 11 chapters and 128 articles.
According to the document, the king is the main authority in decision making.
