KABUL: Taliban on Thursday welcomed Delhi Regional Security dialogue in Afghanistan and said the world should not worry about the land of Afghanistan used against anyone.
The Taliban claimed that they had fulfilled all the demands mentioned for the Indian conference in Afghanistan, reported ToloNews.
“The Islamic Emirate (Taliban) welcomes Indian meetings.
We strive to take strong steps in government, and countries do not have to worry about the land of Afghanistan used against anyone,” ToloNews cites the deputy spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Inamullah samangani said.
Delhi’s security dialogue was held at “extraordinary convergence level” on the assessment of the situation in Afghanistan and the main challenges in the country and the region, said the source.
NSA or Head of the National Security Council from eight countries including India took part in Delhi Regional Security dialogue in Afghanistan.
It was chaired by NSA Ajit Doval.
“World countries seek to bring their wishes through negotiations with the Taliban and these meetings have a positive result for Afghanistan,” said the political channel, said Haroon Hashimi.
“The Indian meeting is effective for Afghanistan because India is one of the countries that provides Afghanistan assistance and is now also interested in supporting Afghanistan,” ToloNews quoted an international relations analyst, said Judge Kamal.
