Ahmedabad: A group of elementary school teachers has made representation to the state government to allow schools to function only in the morning shift for August too.
The school has been reopened for the new academic year from June through online education.
Given the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, schools are closed for education on campus.
“The government has enabled elementary school to function in the morning for July.
Seeing the current scenario, it seems that online education will continue for August too.
As a result, we have asked the government to allow basic education to continue in the morning,” said Association Member Primary teacher country.
The Association was recently written to the Director of Basic Education in this matter.
The government has recently enabled the opening school to study on-campus for grade 9 to grade 12.
Although the presence was not compulsory, the government only allowed 50% of the presence of students at school.
