VADODARA: The Technology Teacher Forum (TTF) from the University of M S has demanded that the order of appointment of all teachers while in the Faculty of Technology and Engineering (FTE) must be released immediately.
According to TTF, university officials have conducted interviews for teachers while according to the total workload but when the promise of the appointment was issued by the first year’s workload and students reduced.
The decision was taken during the meeting chaired by the representative of Chancellor on the grounds that the first year’s acceptance and master students had not yet occurred.
“Even when the academic year starts only 35% of a total of 115 teachers while commands have been given.
In some departments, there are no orders about teachers while they have been issued,” said Secretary General of TTF Dr.
Arvind Mohite.
TTF also demands that the promise order for meeting must be issued according to the new salary.
“The university has made a decision to pay Rs 300 per lecture to those who have not received an order promise.
This is a temporary teacher exploitation,” said Mohite, adding that the engineer who holds the master and PhD will end with only Rs 100 a day which is too low.
“As a member of my Senate demanded to immediately issue an order to appoint all temporary teachers from the beginning of the academic year along with new salaries approved by syndicates.
RS 300 proposals came out correctly rejected and should not be implemented at all,” said Dr.
Nikul Patel.
