Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Thursday closed two petitions submitted by Cement Dalmia and MD Puneet Dalmia questioning the call issued by the Directorate of Enforcement asking them in the case of Quid Pro Quo.
Following the dismissal of their requests to stay in a call, they prefer to appeal against the dismissal command.
But in the meantime, they appeared before the ed authorities who published him summoned part 50 of the prevention of money laundering Law (PMLA).
Their statement was also recorded.
But the attraction they like is waiting in front of the court.
Chairman of the Judge Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili who took the case said that no one remained in this application was decided because both had appeared before ED and their statements were also recorded.
Bench delivered the point to cover the request.
However, N Naveen Kumar, advice for Dalmia, urged the bench to give them time to allow senior advice to submit their case.
The bench wondered if something was heard.
“You challenge the call but then appear before Ed.
There’s nothing left here,” Bench said.
Naveen said Ed had not submitted a Chargesheet in the case and his client was not accused of being accused of money laundering ed until now.
The bench, however, explains that it cannot expand the scope of this petition and close the request.
