Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Tuesday said that all transfers affected by the state government under 317 aimed at repairing staff to new districts will submit to judgment given to the petition that challenges land behind.
The Chairman of Judge Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili, heard a number of petitions that challenged GO 317, however, refused to keep this operation.
The bench asked the state to apply for his counter.
“We will continue the order only after knowing the country’s version,” Bench reiterated the abbreviation of this problem.
After hearing the request from the supporters representing the applicant, the bench said that all the transfers made below will be subject to the final result in this petition.
This case will appear to hear in April.
