The applicant, who is the guardian of the temple, said it was there for more than three decades and was built without causing public flow obstruction from the public and transportation.
Refusing to accept the same, the court said, “Even though the applicant has stated that this temple was built three decades and the temple belonging, what prevents him from producing documents needed to build his case.” Submission that the temple does not cause any obstacles to the public or the flow of traffic throughout and is used for worship purposes, is not acceptable for the reason that the first, the applicant has been sad to fail the results document to prove that the land is under the control of trust, the judge said.
This is separate, if the applicant’s submission is received, then everyone will penetrate public land and come up with a request that there are no obstacles to the public and therefore, they must be permitted to continue their illegal occupation, HC added.
