Nagpur: Differences in Nagpur (NIT) repairs are called illegal development plans approved by Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC).
Commissioner of the City of Radhakrishnan B told the general body meeting that the civil body had approached the state government which was looking for its intervention in this matter.
“If the term NMC is the approved layout and the development plan in the illegal gunthewari layout, the Civic body will begin legal action against it.” Civil heads told the house after BJP Corporator Vijay Zalke raised the problem that the dispute between NIT and NMC caused problems for Thousands of landowners in the Location of Gunthewari.
The meeting also gave a nod to entrust the task of the four private towing.

NMC will get 10% of the costs imposed by companies to attract vehicles.

The house also decided that NMC had to maintain 44 gardens developed by Nit.
In 2020, the Head of the Ministry of Tamaram Mundhe had taken a 44 nit garden.
The house also gave a nod to return the deposit of the shopkeeper with the status of the train with an interest of 8.5%, which will be charged NMC around RS19.83 Crore.Earlier, the party leader in power Avinash Thakre submitted a delay movement in 50% post at various posts NMC department.
According to him, NMC has 11,522 sanctions posts in various departments.
But 4,458 posts lay empty since many years, and every month dozens of retirement staff, affect civil services provided by NMC.
He demands a civil body must fill the empty post, because it will also help increase basic income and facilities.
The mayor directed the administration to prepare a proposal to fill in the earliest empty posts and sent the same to the state government on the nod.
For queries raised by Pravin Datke, the mayor pointed home to restore contributions from private advertising agents throughout the city.
