Gurgaon: A dukun has been captured by the Gurgaon police from the civil lines to carry out illegal abortion from his clinic medical shops.
In the last two days, the team of civil hospitals had captured three shamans, including the latest.
The defendant made an illegal abortion with an abortion kit of pregnancy, which he sold for Rs 500.

Pradeep Kumar, had received information about a dukun who trained as a doctor and was involved in illegal abortion through medical treatment of pregnancy (MTP).

After receiving a tip-off, the surgeon team arranged bait posing as a pregnant woman and caught a dukun.
“Our team raided and caught a dukun who trained as a doctor and illegal terms of pregnancy,” Kumar said.
The person who was arrested was identified as Prakash Goel RAM, who was practicing as a doctor at City Medicos in Gagandeep Complex from the Civil Complex area.
He is thought to be used to provide a MTP kit for pregnant women at night to avoid suspicion.
According to the police, Goel has completed a pharmaceutical course and trained as a doctor for the past few months.
Cases have been registered in the relevant IPC section, ACT MTP, ACT ACT and drugs and cosmetic laws.
The day before, the police had arrested two shamans like that carrying illegal abortion and giving an abortion kit.
