New Delhi: The Corporate Affairs Ministry prepares to launch the third version of the MCA21 portal in March, starting with the LLP module.
The third version of the portal, the key platform to send documents and submissions needed under the company’s law and limited liability partnership law, will utilize analytics, artificial intelligence and engine learning.
An official said the third version of MCA21 is expected to be launched in March and the LLP module will be launched first.
The ministry has told stakeholders that he will launch a new way of e-filing for LLP on the portal and advanced, all LLP submissions will be web-based.
“This application was proposed to be launched on March 6, 2022, at 12:00 a.m.,” said the ministry in the notification on its website.
There are also plans to establish a MCA lab as part of the third version of MCA21 to improve data analysis.
