PALGHAR: Head of Maharashtra Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Thursday warned that Coronavirus still hung on the heads of people like the Damocles sword and the threat was far from above.
The minister’s chairman spoke to the virtual function to formalize the Construction Complex of District Headquarters in Palghar, and Civic and Government Health Facilities in Virar and Vasai.
“Coronavirus still hangs above our heads like a damokles sword and the threat is far from the start.
It is good that oxygen plants are being installed when establishing a Covid-19 hospital to prevent victims,” Thackeray said.
Speaking of facilities available in Palghar, the ministerial head said the area was different from other districts in the state, because it had forest land and sea coast, with tribal culture and a rich historic location.
Because it is close to Mumbai, Palghar has long been neglected and it will not happen in the future, he said.
Deputy Minister of Chief Ajit Pawar, Minister of Eknath Shinde, BUSE, MPS, MLAS and senior officials attended for the virtual inauguration of the administrative complex, which was developed by CidCo, which consisted of a collector’s office, DSP Zilla Office Parishad.
