South Lake Tahoe: California can be on track for one of the worst seasons ever hotter, dry conditions in the north increase the threat of new or existing fires in dangerous life, officials said.
The crew on Tuesday cut into miles of new detention lines around the Caldor Fire, which contained 50 percent after burning and on the top of the mountains and threatened South Danae Tahoe.
Evacuation orders for 22,000 residents were raised by weeks and more orders were reduced to a warning on Tuesday.
But elsewhere, some big fires continued to grow.
The new evacuation was ordered for several Trinity and SiSkiyou District, as a river complex of three spread forest fires.
One Blaze was driven by strong winds jumping into the river, according to the Ministry of Forestry and California fire protection (Cal Fire).
Since Monday, the fire has grown more than 20 square miles (52 square kilometers).
It is 19 percent contained.
More than 15,500 personnel worked on 14 large forest fires that were active in the state and new or existing fires could light up this week because the weather changed more dangerous, said Tony Scardina, representative of the regional forest region for California.
The California energy grid operator issued a call throughout the state for voluntary electrical conservation from 4pm to 9pm on Wednesday because the estimated request for AC expected due to high temperatures.
Temperature can reach 100 degrees at the foot of Bukit Sierra, according to the National Weather Service.
Meanwhile, the whole country shows the potential of extreme fire hazards in the next three months, said the Fire Head Thom Porter.
“We were right slapping in the middle of the Wildfire peak season,” he said.
“And everyone needs to remain vigilant.” About 3,125 square miles (8,094 square kilometers) from the land have been burned so far this year, similar to the recordings of 2020 Fire Season, said Porter.
“We are equivalent to our place last year.
It’s serious, and that is a new reality,” he said.
California has experienced greater and more deadly forest fires in recent years because climate change has made the West America warmer and more dried for the past 30 years.
Scientists say the weather will continue to be more extreme and forest fires more often, destructive and unpredictable.
The good news is near the Nevada State Line, where the fire Caldor practically stopped in his footsteps a few miles outside the South Lake Tahoe.
While the fire which started August 14 burned nearly 800 homes and destroyed Mount Flat Grizzly hamlet but did not burn a house on the east bank.
Most crew can make fire far from the population.
Some parts of the perimeter were concerned but on the number of flames, the work switched to mopping, pulling the mile of the hose out of the forest and knocked down the weakening tree.
However, trees and other vegetation in the area are still drying and the southwest wind is expected to take for greater fire growth, the authorities said.
North Korea Caldor Fire is Dixie fire, the second largest in recorded history, which has also been burned through rural communities, forests.
The west side of the fire shows an increase in activity on Tuesday but the crew “continues aggressively holding the edge of the fire by airplane, a 10-blade dozer line” and fire resistant sprayers protecting the building, Cal Fire reports.
