Letter: Acting on Tip-Off, Mahidharpura Police arrested drug vendors who smuggled around 10kg marijuana by train from Odisha on Tuesday morning.
The police also arrested local people who came to receive consignments.

Acting on this information, the police team installed surveillance operations.
At 10 o’clock in the morning, the police arrested someone named Badal alias Indra Swain, 35, a resident of Chinapar Odisha Village.
Rahul Sinha, 24, a resident of Godavari Park apartments in Varachha, also held.
Sinha is a native of Bhagalpur in Bihar.
The police recovered more than 10kg of marijuana worth Rs 1.02.234.
During the introductile interrogation of the defendant, the police had learned that one Hemant Swain from Badal Village gave him marijuana to be delivered to Sinha near the mail train station.
Sinha caught accepting drugs.
The police have registered violations under various parts of NDPS (drug narcotics and psychotropic substances).
