Chatra: acting on a tip-off, the team led by police officers Huntergunj Officer Sachin Kumar arrested a regional commander Tritiya Sammelan Prastuti Committee (TSPC) banned (TSPC) from Pachmo Village in the district, the police said on Saturday.
