Brussels: The European Union carries up 200 million doses of coronavirus vaccine to Africa to help curb the Covid-19 pandemic on a global scale.
European Commission President Ursula Von Der Leyen said on Wednesday that a new contribution that was fully conveyed by the middle of next year came above 250 million, it was guaranteed and underlined the EU determination to increase the challenges of low-income countries facing.
Von Der Leyen calls it “investment in solidarity and it is an investment also in global health.” He said that above gave 700 million doses to Europeans, block 27 countries have also sent 130 compendable countries.
