As Deputy Chairperson of Bhubaneswar Kalita summoned members to talk about this issue, Sanjay Singh from AAP rose on the table just under the chair of the chairman and started the songs of the slogans to agricultural law.
This forces Kalita to briefly delay the process.
When Marshal’s house brought Singh down from the table, Congress’ Pratap Singh Bajwa climbed the table, shouted the slogan and then threw the file in the chair.
Ripun Bora from his party was also seen standing on the table for some time.

When the house was reinstalled, Kalita announced that the Deputy Chairman of Harvianh had invited all the leaders of the floor to the meeting, but the opposition to survive with his protest, forcing another delay.
When the commotion continued when the house met again, the trial was postponed for that day.
Outside the house, Bajwa said he had to ride on the table to highlight the “anti-farmer policy” from the MOD government and that he was willing to face a sentence including a suspension.
He said the Congress would continue to protest against “anti-farmer laws”.
When Kalita announced a discussion about the problems of farmers as soon as the house gathered after a pre-lunch delay, the Chief of Congress Whip Jairam Ramesh quoted a verdict by the chair in 2015 and said the notification to mention the duration of the duration without taking a sense of the house.
This, he said, is a unilateral decision.
Parliament Minister Pralhad Joshi against him by saying it never happened but was willing to go to feel the house if it was needed.
Kalita said Chairman M Venkaiiah Naidu had recognized a short duration discussion and improved time for it.
He then called the first speaker, Vijay Pal Singh Tomar from BJP, to speak.
