New Delhi: The ugly scene was witnessed at Rajya Sabha on Tuesday because the opposition MPS rose on the official table, waved the black cloth and threw a file when the house began a discussion about the new reform law.
Some parliamentarian members stand on the table where the parliamentary staff is just under the chair, while the others are crowded around it shouting anti-government slogans.
Some members squatted on the table for more than one and a half hours where the process was postponed several times.
Shortly afterwards discussing the problems of farmers who were called, parliamentarians belonging to opposition parties including Congress and TMC tried to slogans who shouted wells that were looking for withdrawal of controversial agricultural reform laws.
As Deputy Chairperson of Bhubaneswar Kalita summoned members to talk about this issue, Sanjay Singh from AAP rose on the table just under the chair of the chairman and started the songs of the slogans to agricultural law.
This forces Kalita to briefly delay the process.
When Marshal’s house brought Singh down from the table, Congress’ Pratap Singh Bajwa climbed the table, shouted the slogan and then threw the file in the chair.
Ripun Bora from his party was also seen standing on the table for some time.
All of this happens during the delay period.
Sloganeering by opposition and counter-sloganeering by MPS BJP continues inside the house even after a short delay.
While TMC members and DMK came wearing a black shirt, Kurtas and Saree, Congress members look sports black ribbon sports.
Some Nehru black jackets, black shawls and even black masks.
When the house gave back, Singh returned to the table and this time he joined Binoy Visman of CPI, CPM’s V Sivadasan, Congress’ Deepender Hooda, Ripun Bora and Rajamani Patel, Mausam Noor from TMC, leading to another delay for 30 minutes.
MP waved black cloth when the Pandemonium won.
While Rajya Sabha’s television did not show a commotion scene, opposition parliamentary members recorded events and posted them on their Twitter handles.
When the house was reinstalled, Kalita announced that the Deputy Chairman of Harvianh had invited all the leaders of the floor to the meeting, but the opposition to survive with his protest, forcing another delay.
When the commotion continued when the house met again, the trial was postponed for that day.
Outside the house, Bajwa said he had to ride on the table to highlight the “anti-farmer policy” from the MOD government and that he was willing to face a sentence including a suspension.
He said the Congress would continue to protest against “anti-farmer laws”.
When Kalita announced a discussion about the problems of farmers as soon as the house gathered after a pre-lunch delay, the Chief of Congress Whip Jairam Ramesh quoted a verdict by the chair in 2015 and said the notification to mention the duration of the duration without taking a sense of the house.
This, he said, is a unilateral decision.
Parliament Minister Pralhad Joshi against him by saying it never happened but was willing to go to feel the house if it was needed.
Kalita said Chairman M Venkaiiah Naidu had recognized a short duration discussion and improved time for it.
He then called the first speaker, Vijay Pal Singh Tomar from BJP, to speak.
This encouraged the opposition parliamentary members to rush into the home wells that shouted the slogan.
The parliamentary rainy session has seen MPS’s conflict entering the process of demanding discussions about the problem of Peagus’s reconnaissance and in farmers agitation and price increases.
Six TMC MPS was suspended for today earlier this month to bring placards to a well while someone suspended for the entire session to grab the paper from it and hit it.
Last September, Rajya Sabha had witnessed the behavior that was difficult to regulate by opposition members during the travel agricultural bills debated with parliamentarians threw a rule book to the chair, launched a paper microphone.
Eight members of parliament were suspended for the rest of the session.
