Madurai: Mpurai MP Su Venkatesan on Monday demanded the delay of Neet PG 2022 because the exam date collided with the date for Counseling Neet PG 2021.
In a letter to the Minister of Health and the Welfare of the Family Dr.
Mancukh Mandaviya, MP noted that Stray Online vacancy for AIQ / seat counseling Central and DEEMED / PG DNB has been scheduled from March 11 to March 1622.
“Delay in the completion of counseling 2021 is not a candidate’s mistake.
In this situation, the date for Neet PG 2022 has been announced and will be held on March 12, which even before the conclusion of the NEET counseling PG 2021, “he said.
MP further showed that he placed many candidates who attended counseling on the date after Neet PG 2022 in a big trial and fear they might have to throw a year due to clashes.
“I feel this is unfair and the decision to carry out the examination before the end of counseling for the previous year was taken without the application of the mind.
I will ask you to intervene at the earliest and make justice by postponing the test at least one month,” he added.
Many candidates have posted on various social media platforms, looking for a delay of NEET PG 2022 with Hashtag # postponenteenetpg2022.
NEET PG Counseling 2021 was postponed last year with a few months because of the problem of EWS and OBC quota went to the Supreme Court.
The court finally gave a 10% quota for EWS and a 27% quota for OBC.
