Hyderabad: The University of Hyderabad (UOH) has launched an innovative online interdisciplinary program aimed at teaching Sanskrit with the help of computer tools.
OE102 objectives: Samsaadhanii Praveshika will certainly develop trust in the student’s mind that with the help of this computing tool they can understand Sanskrit text with several attempts.

Research conducted by students for the past 15 years has resulted in a computing platform that accommodates several computing tools to access and understand Sanskrit text.
Prof.
Amba Kulkarni, Course Coordinator, said: “On the one hand we see how to use computer technology to overcome language barriers, how to reduce the time to learn new languages, and on the other hand we also explore IGT to build this computing tool.”
This department collaborated with a computer scientist to become a computing language expert, Prof.
Gerard Huet from the Inhia prestigious research institute, in France.
Collaboration between the two groups has produced a combined system that can analyze sanskrit text.
This led to the development of this innovative course, where traditional teaching methods are combined with modern technology without sacrificing ‘understanding’ Sanskrit text.
Team four members consisting of Dr.
Arjuna from Manipal University, Dr.
Pavankumar Satuluri from Chinmaya Vishwasvidyalaya, Kochi, Prof.
Huet and Prof.
Amba Kulkarni from the University of Hyderabad, will handle courses.
This course has reviewed a good response, with 250 people registering from abroad, India and students from the University of Hyderabad.
Students have a variety of backgrounds of art and humanities to engineering and medicine; They range from 20 to 80 years, geographically from Fiji to California which covers the whole world.

According to him this course will be a trendsetter to understand how language analysis, calculation rigidity and scientific methods can be used to understand thoughts and also understand the construction of ideas through language.

Vice Chancellor Kavi Kunaguru Kidas Sanskrit University, Ramtek, shows that the computing platform is based on Indian analysis theory, generation and cognition of Sanskrit sentences discussed in Vyakaranam (grammar), nyaya (logic) and MimanSA from the last three millennials and acts as a bed Testing to test their practicality.
