WASHINGTON: The Biden government on Monday asked the Federal Appeal Court to dismiss the Challenge of the Ministry of Justice to the court ruling that prohibits the efforts of the trump-era to ban the new download of China Tiktok’s video sharing application.
Last month, President Joe Biden pulled a series of executive orders issued by former President Donald Trump in August who tried to ban the new download of Wechat and Tiktok and booked new reviews.
The Ministry of Commerce officially attracted an order that tried to make application last month.
