Washington: The US Homeland Security Department on Wednesday said all its employees, regardless of vaccination status, need to wear masks in the room and physical distance.
The department said the policy was valid on Wednesday.
As a Virulent Delta variant of Coronavirus lights up through the parts of the United States and Lag immunization, the federal government once again competed containing a pandemic that began more than a year ago, hoping to avoid national closure in the future.
Disease control centers issued a guide on Tuesday that people who were vaccinated must wear a mask in certain situations, including schools, and administration of President Joe Biden on Monday required all vaccinations.
Biden is expected to announce further mandates for federal institutions on Thursday.
