The US government on Friday submitted a movement in the Federal Court to dismiss the accusations in four cases of remaining Chinese researchers who were arrested on charges of visa fraud last year.
A federal judge on Friday morning rejected the fifth case against a Chinese researcher after the Ministry of Justice submitted a movement for dismissal on Thursday.
